Minutes | What to Do |
0-5 | Warm-up with an easy walk, increasing speed to 3.6 mph and incline. During the last minute, have the incline up to 12-15%. |
5-7 | Lower incline to 1% and increase speed to 5.0-6.5 mph. |
7-9 | Reduce speed to 3.4-3.6 and increase incline to 3-6%. |
9-27 | Repeat minutes 5-9. |
27-30 | Reduce incline to 1% and cool down. |
It was a good workout!! Got in 2.5 miles!
