This will be short and sweet.
So my weigh in this past Saturday came out as 231.2, only 4/10's of a lb lost. I did not make my goal of 229 by my 29th birthday. :( But in my defense I was sick last week so working out was kind of hard. I didn't do my measurements, so I will wait til the following week so i can keep it on schedule. I feel a difference in inches which helps when I'm not seeing the weight lost. I'm still aiming for the 215 by March 27th, I know I have to kick it up a notch in order to do so. I can do this!!
